In addition, Anne has written two volumes of short stories.
Something over There  is a collection of supernatural tales from a variety of sources.
It was published in 2023.  The other volume is as yet unpublished.
Several of these stories appear here in World War One, and World War Two.  World War One also contains material on Anne's father, Gunner Stan McCosker, and her Uncle, Lieutenant Fred Martin.

Anne's family, with its Australian and British Empire background, was closely linked with both world wars, and there are several sections, accessed from Empire & Commonwealth (1),  Empire & Commonwealth (2)World War One, and World War Two,  relating to this.

A WWI exhibition Anzacs in Weymouth at the Nothe Fort  museum in Weymouth, Dorset leads on from Lt Martin's Letters.

There is much material relating to the Japanese invasion, January 1942, the Fall of Rabaul and its terrible consequences.  Anne's father, Stan McCosker, was one of the very few men to escape from Rabaul. See  Publication Extracts,  and especially the articles  Montevideo Maru, and Montevideo Maru questionswhich contain extensive extracts from the chapter in Anne's book Masked Eden, dealing with this ship.

Rural Queensland  contains post WWII material mainly associated with Stan McCosker. (This page is under development)
